Have you ever wanted to bottle a good feeling and then be able to drink it up later or pass some along to share with a friend?
Getting creative is an avenue to those bottled good feelings. Creativity is not just an in-the-flow or a momentarily fleeting thing. It is a lifestyle to be practiced and skill to be used everyday. You are already creative; you create every day. The question is, what do you observe as your reality?
Universal Law: What you project is what you get back.
Example: When you look in the mirror and you see a frown but you wanted to see a smile, you do not reach to the mirror to try to rearrange your reflected lips to form a smile. Instead, to see a smile in the mirror, you yourself need to smile in order to see yourself reflected with a smile. The mirror is a metaphor for your reality. How you present yourself to other people, to yourself in the mirror, and to the frequency-abiding universe is what you will perceive as being your reality.
What state of feeling, being, creating and doing do you consciously feel is most beneficial for you now?
Jeremy looks Like This When He Is Feeling Creative.
Behaviour stems from your choices
Motivational force is based entirely on what you perceive to be pleasure over pain.
However, what you perceive to be pleasurable or painful is relative to your beliefs.
Where you place your TRUST motivates you to act upon either joy or fear–your perception of pleasure or pain.
Your core beliefs can be seen in your reflection, your motivation, and your choices.
What projection and therefore reflection of yourself do you wish to share with others?
Can you summon the courage to observe yourself as being aligned to your authentic self and unique perspective?
We often perceive
creativity as being black and white, a yes or a no.
Creativity is a trusting in your higher knowing.
Creativity draws from the whole spectrum of creation.
Therefore, creativity is a matter of resonance and frequency matching.

I published my book in 2015. While much is relevant, in the years since, I have grown much in my awareness and perspectives on many of the reflections and themes within the book. One main message being that everything we are and do is based in a feeling. While I still believe this is of value, a more relevant expansion on this understanding is that behind every feeling is a meaning. There is a moment point if you will, of meaning that has the potential of a range of feelings and then feelings on top of that, and so on. Then there is intent behind the meaning. So many times I have observed myself and others to be stuck in a feeling when really, where we need to be focusing our intentions is on the meaning and why that meaning is there. Asking, what are we believing we are gaining from it? Then letting the ego relax so the higher consciousness can express meaning, resolve, and release.
No sense in getting anxious over not finding your creative flow. Anxiety is a great creativity blocker.
